Gun Control That Works

#gunrights.  The gun control debate seems to focus mostly around gun rights.  This is a mistake.  The debate should be about rights and responsibilities.

Guiding parameters should be:

1. People who will use guns safely and legally should be able to have access to them.

2. Guns should be kept away from people who will not use guns safely and legally.

3. Whoever owns a gun should be held responsible for controlling access to it.
